Requirements include 24x7 server and backup systems, collateral development and deployment, web-based training, and administrative support. * Developed and supported student tracking system for Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation. The system was used by the Bureau to verify attendance at their annual continuing education conferences held throughout the state of Ohio. Computer Task Group (1998 - 2004) - Senior Content Developer Web Support and Development * Support BP users in developing and maintaining intranet web sites. Conduct JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions to identify content and functionality requirements for intranet web sites. Generate white papers to identify functional requirements. Create multiple design concepts using Photoshop, Illustrator and Freehand, and translate selected concepts into basic HTML web site shell with templates.Develop transition and maintenance documents for each web site.
